When you submit a form, your details are saved securely on our web server and emailed to our team inbox (info@supremeaitechnologies.com). We send this notification email using the Gmail API from a Google account owned by SupremeAI Technologies.

4. Use of Google user data

Our website's connection to Google is used only to send enquiry notification emails from our own company Gmail account to our own team inbox. It requests only the gmail.send permission. It does not read, store, analyse or share any Gmail messages, contacts or other Google user data, and no website visitor is ever asked to sign in with Google.

SupremeAI Technologies' use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

5. Sharing

We share your information only with service providers that help us run this website and our email (our web hosting provider and Google), and only as needed to deliver your enquiry to us, or where required by law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond to you and follow up on any work together, and generally no longer than 24 months, unless you become a client and a longer period is required for contracts or accounting.
